Description

  • Adopts imported ACCENT automatic strapping machine from the United States, featuring high efficiency and low failure rate;
  • All oil cylinder strokes are controlled by sensors with a precision of 0.1mm;
  • The bale width can be adjusted according to different materials, and the door opening mechanism adapts automatically to ensure maximum bale density;
  • Uses ultra-high strength shear blades, which are easy and quick to install and replace for convenient maintenance;
  • The entire inner cavity of the machine is made of Swedish HARDOX wear-resistant steel plate, ensuring long service life;
  • The main push device is specially designed to be quickly removed from the cavity for easy maintenance;
  • Automatic material volume sensing adjusts the feeding amount automatically during bale formation;
  • The number of strapping lanes and strapping distance can be adjusted as needed;
  • Corresponding programs can be selected for different materials, such as programs for plastic bottles/waste paper/film/waste metal, greatly improving compression efficiency and production capacity;
  • Compared with single-cavity balers, dual-ram balers handle materials more flexibly, and the fully enclosed, high-strength baler cavity can process a wider range of materials;
  • The machine adopts a high-strength structural design to reduce stress weak points, ensuring longer service life and higher reliability.
